ASSESS: Raggi-X is uniquely qualified to analyze your operations and develop a tailor-made screening solution. For the Port Authority of Puerto Rico,Raggi-X evaluated the screening processes needed to ensure successful scanning of up to 100 percent of imported cargo. The result is a cost-effective, public-private partnership that was able to implement a solution in record time.
DESIGN: Raggi-X offers a broad portfolio of advanced, non-intrusive inspection (NII) technologies and can design solutions that include: optimized, state-of-the-art data integration; integration of NII systems with manifest declaration processes; and remote image analysis to ensure operational integrity. Raggi-X was chosen by the Government of Albania to design a solution to cover multiple land and sea border screening facilities, modernizing to funnel aggregated information into an interconnected customs clearance process.
INSTALL: Experienced Raggi-X project managers oversee installation of screening checkpoints to ensure that each site is in compliance with the turnkey service agreement as well as regulatory requirements. In Puerto Rico, Raggi-X is providing a complete, integrated turnkey service, with incoming cargo being screened for manifest verification at multiple on-site inspection stations equipped with Rapiscan x-ray systems.
TRAIN: Raggi-X uses practices widely accepted by governments to ensure personnel are fully trained and performing at a high level to detect contraband and dangerous materials, maintain revenue integrity, and conform to local standards. In Albania, the Raggi-X program employs over 75 highly trained technical staff. The result has been improved consistency of customs clearance times, reduced border crossing issues, and a faster time to market for goods in transit.
